Project – Digiteins

Digiteins is a US-based enterprise content operations agency and Webflow Partner. They needed their existing WordPress site migrated to Webflow, along with an automated system to deliver CMS-based content (case studies, blogs, playbooks) as PDFs directly to leads via email.

I migrated the entire site from WordPress to Webflow and built a Make.com automation that routes form submissions to send the correct CMS-based PDF (case study, blog, or playbook) automatically via email completing both in 1 month and 15 days.

- Project Details

• The existing site was built on WordPress and needed a full migration to Webflow without losing content, structure, or SEO • Client needed an automated way to deliver different CMS content types (case studies, blogs, playbooks) as PDFs when a visitor submitted a form • Automation needed to correctly route each submission to the matching content, avoid duplicate sends, and render cleanly over email • Entire project needed to be completed within a tight 1.5-month window
• Migrated the full WordPress site to Webflow, rebuilding content structure and CMS collections • Designed and developed the website within Webflow to match the required design and content scale • Built a Make.com automation connected to Webflow form submissions to trigger PDF delivery • Handled slug-based filtering so each form submission triggered the correct CMS based PDF (case study, blog, or playbook) • Solved duplicate-send issues and refined HTML email rendering for a clean, professional delivery experience
• Delivered a complete WordPress-to-Webflow migration for a US based enterprise client • Automated content delivery pipeline that sends the correct PDF instantly based on form submission • Removed manual work for the team in sending case studies, blogs, and playbooks to leads • Established a scalable, low-maintenance content-ops system for Digiteins • Completed full scope design, development, and automation in 1 month 15 days
We asked Vaibhav to rebuild the Digiteins website from the ground up on Webflow, and we are really happy with how it turned out. What stood out was his attention to detail, not just with the design, but also with how clean and easy the website is to manage. He took the time to understand what we wanted Digiteins to represent and brought that to life really well. He’s a great person to work with, and we’re glad to have him as part of the Digiteins team. ↳ Founder @Digiteins
